MISSION 01
Sovereign Inference
Open models on your GPUs behind one internal endpoint, so every team can use AI without sending prompts or documents to someone else’s servers.
The problem
Most teams start with a hosted chatbot and a few API keys. A year later, nobody knows which prompts went where, which tools hold copies of customer data, or what next month’s bill will be.
Some data can’t leave your environment at all, because of contracts, regulation or common sense. For that data an external API isn’t an option, however good the model is.
What we build
- One OpenAI-compatible endpoint inside your network, so most existing tools work by changing a base URL.
- Open-weight models served with vLLM on your GPUs, on-prem or in your own cloud account.
- Single sign-on through your identity provider, with per-team quotas and rules for who can use which model.
- Request logs sent to your SIEM; GPU use, latency and cost per team in Grafana.
- Models picked by testing them on your own tasks, and small fine-tuned models where they beat a big general one.
Reference architecture
What you own at the end
- Terraform and Helm for the whole stack, in your repository
- A model register: which models, which versions, and why
- Runbooks for upgrades, scaling and incidents
- An eval suite to compare the next model against the current one
When it’s not the right fit
If your use is light and the data isn’t sensitive, a hosted API is cheaper and simpler. We’ll tell you that in the first call.
