Private, practical AI

Frontier capability. Less data exposure.

Models, agents and knowledge systems running on infrastructure you own, tested before you trust them.

Missions

Four things we build

The goal each time: a working system in your environment, tests that show it works, and runbooks to keep it running.

  • MISSION 01

    Sovereign Inference

Open models on your GPUs behind one internal endpoint. Single sign-on, per-team quotas, and every request logged where your security team can see it.

  • MISSION 02

    Grounded Knowledge

Answers from your own documents, with a link to the paragraph they came from. Permissions follow the files, and “not in the documents” is a valid answer.

  • MISSION 03

    Governed Agents

Agents that do real work in your tools: tickets, CRM, internal APIs. Each one gets only the permissions it needs, asks a person before risky steps, and logs every action.

  • MISSION 04

    Trust & Evaluation

Tests for accuracy, refusals, personal-data leaks and drift. They run in CI before every release and keep running after launch, with a report a compliance team can follow.

Underneath every mission

  • vLLM
  • Kubernetes
  • Terraform / OpenTofu
  • LoRA fine-tuning
  • pgvector
  • OIDC / SSO
  • Prometheus & Grafana
  • GitHub Actions

Principles

How we make decisions

  • You own everythingCode, model weights, configs and runbooks live in your repositories and your accounts.
  • Measured, not promisedA model or prompt change ships when it passes the tests built from your data, not because it demoed well.
  • Private by defaultData stays in your environment unless you decide otherwise, and that decision is written down.
  • No lock-inOpen-weight models and standard tools. If a hosted API is the better fit, we say so.
  • Humans approve what mattersAgents can draft, look up and prepare. Payments, deletions and messages to customers wait for a person.

Who we help

Built for teams that need to stay in control

  • SMBs & startups

You want AI that does one useful job, not a pilot that never ends. We start small, keep running costs visible from day one, and build on open models and standard tools, so you can walk away with everything.

  • Regulated & privacy-sensitive teams

Healthcare, finance, insurance, public sector: places where data can’t be pasted into someone else’s chatbot. Data stays in your environment, access is logged, and evaluation results are written so an auditor can follow them.

How we work

Three steps, no black boxes

  1. Assess

A close look at your data, your infrastructure and the problem you actually have. You get a written plan: what to build, what it will cost to run, and what we’d leave out.

  2. Build

Short cycles and something working early. You see progress as working demos, not status reports.

  3. Hand over

Code, configs and runbooks go into your repository, and your team knows how to run it. You own all of it. We’re around if you want us, and you’re not stuck if you don’t.

FAQ

Fair questions

Do we need our own GPUs?
Not always. Plenty of useful models run on a single modern GPU, and some small ones run fine on CPU. Renting is also fine, as long as the cloud account is yours.
Which models do you use?
Open-weight models, picked for the job. We compare a few on your data before recommending one. If a hosted API is honestly the better fit for you, we’ll tell you that too.
Will an agent do things without asking?
Only the things you list as safe, like looking up a record or drafting a reply. Anything that spends money, deletes data or reaches a customer waits for approval, and every step is logged.
Can you work with what we already have?
Yes. Most of the work is fitting into your existing infrastructure, identity and security rules, not replacing them.
Do you certify compliance?
No. We build the tests, logs and reports your compliance team or auditor needs, and can map them to frameworks like the NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001. The sign-off stays with them.
What does it cost?
It depends on the scope, which is why the assessment ends with a written estimate. You’ll know the running costs before anything gets built.
